Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Returns are not accepted, however, we do allow size exchanges subject to availability.

Alterations may be provided upon request; return shipping charges for alterations must be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect information, or payment issues.

4. Sizing

All products are made according to the size chart provided on our website.

Measurements may vary slightly depending on cut, fabric, and style.

For custom sizing or special requests, customers must contact us before placing an order.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of taxes and duties within India.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

For international shipments (if applicable), additional taxes, duties, or customs charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (India): Shipping is free across India.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are delivered in approximately 4–5 weeks from the order date.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses are not our responsibility.

We partner with third-party logistics providers. While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

7. Payment

We accept payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods available on our checkout page.

By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

In case of payment gateway failures, Label Shy is not responsible for delays or errors.

8. Returns & Refund Policy

Label Shy has a no refund policy.

Exchanges are permitted for size issues only, subject to product availability.

Alterations may be provided, but courier charges for sending and receiving garments must be borne by the customer.
