  • How do I place an order?

You can also visit our Store at :- Label Shy, Mumbai.

The store timings are IST 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 

  • Can I customize an order?

Yes, customization is possible in terms of colors, sleeve and other minor adjustments. For any customization request, we request you to contact us on +91 85912 40561, +91 9987118687, +91 9930938007 or email us at labelshy.cc@gmail.com
For plus sizes, 'XL' and above, we charge a 10% to 20% additional charge on the retail product price depending on the customization.

  • Does the price of the product change for a customized order?

Price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered exactly as per the image as displayed on our Site. However, in case a customization is required such as color, sleeve adjustments, etc, there will be an additional customization charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. For any such customization, we request you to contact us at +91 85912 40561 or email us at labelshy.cc@gmail.com

In case the product was bought on sale, an additional charge for customization/alteration is applicable.

  • Can I request for a change in color of the product?

Yes, we can change the color of the product. However, we note that some of our products might look great in certain color shades only. Therefore, we provide you with a palette of color options. However, if you still wish to customize the color, we request you to contact us at +91 85912 40561 or email us at labelshy.cc@gmail.com.

  • How do I know my size?

We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the product page. However, we encourage you to send your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.

  • What if my size does not match with the size chart?

Our products are especially designed for you. We would love to design our products based on your requirements. You can send us your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. We note that an additional charge will be applicable based on order with a size of more than XL.

  • How do I make the payment?

Payments can be made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also accept bank transfers and cash payments. Please contact our team at +91 85912 40561 or email us at labelshy.cc@gmail.com in case you wish to make payments through netbanking or cash.

  • What if I want any changes/cancellation of an existing order?

As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged or refund.

  • What are the shipping charges?

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

  • Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

All our products are handcrafted and especially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

  • What are your delivery options?

We try to make all our products available to your doorstep. We can have the orders shipped to your doorstep or at your convenience.
